The George Borrow Society met at Clonmel on the 30 September 2008, with various talks, events etc. which lasted until 3 October 2008. Below are some photographs taken at the time.
Sergeant John Reynolds who gave us a great welcome to the Police College, showed us his fascinating museum and gave a very interesting and thought provoking talk on the history of the building and its role in the turbulent history since John Borrow was resident there in 1815.
